5-Stage Electrostatic Application
Strictly monitored conveyorized electrostatic powder coating procedure.
Inspection & Jigging
Inspection of raw profiles up to 20 feet and mounting on specialized rack jigs.
7-Stage Pre-Treatment
Alkaline degreasing, water rinsing, acid etching, desmutting, and chromodizing/conversion coating.
Drying & Preheat
De-moisturization in dry-off oven at 110°C to ensure zero moisture entrapped.
Electrostatic Application
Corona gun application of thermosetting powder at controlled micron thickness (60-80 microns).
Curing & Quality Inspection
Baking in convection oven at 180°C - 200°C followed by cross-hatch adhesion and gloss level test.
